Getting hold of us
Email reaches the people who run the site rather than a ticketing queue, and most messages are answered within a few hours. There is a Discord too, linked in the footer, but anything involving your order or your key should go to email so it is tied to the address you bought with.
Before you write
Two things answer most of what arrives:
- If the menu stopped working, check build status first — a title update takes the build down until it is retested, and that is usually the answer.
- If it never worked, the setup guide covers the two failure modes we see most: antivirus removing the loader, and running it before FC 27 is at the main menu.
What to include
If you are writing about a problem, these four details let us answer in one reply instead of four:
- The email address you bought with
- Windows version — Win + R, then
winver - Whether your processor is Intel or AMD
- What you saw, and what you expected instead
We cannot help with EA account actions. If an account has been banned or restricted, that is between you and EA, and nothing we have access to changes it.
