Refund Policy
The short version
If it does not work and we cannot make it work, you get your money back. If it works and you have used it, you do not. Everything below is that principle applied to specific cases.
When you get a refund
- The key never arrived and we cannot deliver one.
- It will not run on a supported configuration and we cannot resolve it with you.
- The build was down for most of your access period — though our first step is always to credit the lost time instead, which most people prefer.
- You were charged twice for the same purchase. The duplicate is refunded in full.
When you do not
- Your processor is AMD and Windows is not on 22H2 or 25H2. This is stated on the store page, the setup guide and again at checkout. It is a two-minute check before you buy — Win + R, then
winver. - You used it and changed your mind. Access is delivered immediately and consumed by use; there is no way to return it.
- Your EA account was actioned. Every page on this site says the risk is real and kernel-level. That risk is the thing you accepted when you bought.
- You want a refund because a title update took the build down. Patches are part of this and the lost days are credited instead.
- You bought the wrong access length. Write to us and we will usually sort it out — but it is a correction, not a refund.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the address you bought with and what went wrong. We answer within a day. If a refund is due it goes back the way it came, normally within five working days, depending on your bank rather than on us.
Ask us before you chargeback. A chargeback ends access permanently, we contest it, and it takes considerably longer than simply asking. Nearly every refund we have issued was quicker than the dispute would have been.
