What we collect

Your email address, and nothing else you did not type.

We ask for it at checkout, confirm it with a six-digit code, and use it to send your key and to answer you if you write in. There is no account, no profile and no password, because there is nothing to log into.

Payment details

We never see your card. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider, on their systems. Card numbers do not pass through this site and are not stored by us in any form. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the email address attached to it.

What we do with it

• Send your key and loader.
• Reply to support email.
• Tell you if a build goes down or comes back, where that affects access you have paid for.

We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. We do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.

How long we keep it

Email addresses are held while access is active and for twelve months afterwards, so that support history and refund claims can be checked. After that they are deleted. Support threads are kept for the same period.

Analytics and cookies

The site sets a cookie only where one is needed for something you asked for, such as holding your checkout step. There is no advertising network, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party profiling script on any page here.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold on you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — write to [email protected] and we will action it within 30 days. Deleting your address while access is live ends the access, since the address is the only way we have of identifying you.

Any change appears here with a revised date.
